Intake Process

We are committed to you and will be available for any calls or inquiries throughout this entire process.

We organize private ground transportation from the airport to our facility for each patient to ensure a smooth arrival process. We understand that friends and family may want to accompany you on this journey, and we support that. However, ground transportation and overnight accommodations at our facility are reserved exclusively for patients.

To minimize travel stress, we recommend arriving on a morning or early afternoon flight.

A representative of the clinic will meet you outside the arrivals area and escort you to our facility. Once at the clinic, we will begin your intake process and make sure you are comfortable and prepared for your stay.
